Greetings my friends,  

We have a lot of really great entertainment lined up and we are spear heading a huge advertising campaign not only on the net but in local news papers and radio spots. With that we are expecting a packed house like we have had in the past it should be a really great draw for shoppers! So don't miss out on this great opportunity to show your support and be a part of this event.

Food Vendors – all food vendors must complete and submit to Los Angeles County Department of Public Health Environmental Health Food Inspection Bureau an application for a “Temporary Food Stand.”  All food vendors must be aware of and conform to all Health Department rules, regulations, and requirements in order to operate a food or beverage stand at this event.  County health officials may be conducting on site inspections daily of each food and beverage booth.  Those who fail to comply and cannot meet compliance standards will be forced to shut down.  You are responsible for obtaining and posting all required permits.  Please understand that the event organizers do not have the authority to override this decision, and cannot be held legally responsible for any and all losses should your operation be shut down due to non-compliance.  If your operation utilizes any heating source the County of Los Angeles Fire Department will be conducting inspections for code compliance.  You must have the proper fire extinguisher in your booth, if you are using a heating source.

If you have a self contained unit then you must have an up to date Health Department permit posted to your unit.

Permits - Food Vendors must provide a State of California Seller’s Permit number or a non-profit tax identification number on the application form.  To secure a state Seller’s Permit, cal the State Board of Equalization at 800-400-7115 to initiate that process.

Liability Insurance - All Food Vendors must supply proof of insurance by supplying a copy of a Certificate of Liability and Letter of Endorsement.  The insurance policy must endorse the Acton Los Angeles North KOA / Calwest Real Estate Investments as an additionally insured party for a minimum of $1 million for each occurrence and $2 million aggregate for bodily injury and property damage.

If you wish to Kamp out for the weekend KOA Acton will be offering special rates.

Booth pricing is as follows.

10' x 10' Booth Price $ 150.00

10' x 20' Booth Price $ 300.00

Vendor reservations are first come first serve and your paid registration should be in as soon as possible. Your reservation contract includes your liability release and has to be signed when you send  in your payment.

Load in: Will be the day of the show from 7:00am to 9:00am. If you need to come in a bit later we can make special arrangements but we will need to know in advance.

Parking: All vendors to off load in their booth space and park their vehicle in the public parking area. Call for special arrangements. If you are bringing a motor home then your booth space size should reflect the area that you are taking up.

Load out: The event goes until dusk which is around 9:00pm, if you wish you may start packing up around 5 or so, however we ask that you wait to leave until the event is over. If you need to leave early then please notify us so we can place you in an area that has easy access to and exit.

Electricity: We will not be supplying electricity this year because the event will be over at dusk, if you do need electricity then you may bring your own generator.

Canopies: Canopies must be weighted down with MINIMUM 25# weights on each corner of their Canopy. Alternatively you can Stake your canopy to the ground or also tie down your canopy to your sales tables as long as the weight of the table can hold it down incase we have some wind.  The venue is in a valley so usually if there is any wind it's generally very light.
